This is our standard rate. For Onsite service, a minimum charge of $75.00 applies, which includes the first hour of consulting time. This does not include any parts needed during the course of consultation. Services to which this rate applies:

Occasionally when doing work onsite, we may require parts that we have to order, or bring a particularly unhealthy computer to our office to complete repairs. You will not be billed extra for driving or transportation costs.
Repairs on any make or model of printer have a minimum fee of $75.00 plus any parts that are required.
